A Zoom Bomber is someone who attends the meeting with the intent to cause trouble. Since our meetings are open to anyone, anyone can attend a meeting. Zoom bombers are infrequent yet are very bothersome. They usually come in and randomly yell curses or insults.

In order to manage/eliminate Zoom Bombers, MM has done the following:

1. Enable waiting rooms – most people looking to cause problems won’t sit in a waiting room, they will just leave the meeting.
2. Co-host – a co host is a great asset to the meeting Facilitator. If a Zoom Bomber comes in, the co-host can deal with that person while you run the meeting. Or you can deal with the Bomber while the co-host runs the meeting.
3. Zoom Security Features – Zoom provides various ways to deal with a Bomber. The next lesson will explain how to remove a Zoom Bomber from a meeting.
