Thank you so much for sharing this. What you named — the effort, the reflection, the progress — really matters. Cutting back over the past year is no small thing, and it’s okay to still be figuring parts of this out as you go. Thank you MM. I’m struggling mightily with myself, but in the year I’ve been attending meetings regularly, I have cut way back. I’m still wrestling with how to incorporate abstinent days into my life. That said, I’m a work in progress and i have this beautiful community to thank for helping me aim for progress, not perfection.
